Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: Do you offer a discount for Church, School or Business Events?

A: Yes. Please call our office to discuss your event.  We can send you a quote and save you 5% - 20%

 

Q: Do you offer Delivery?

A:  We offer free delivery within 25 miles from Forest, Mississippi. Outside Delivery Area Rates

Q:  How long do we get to keep the inflatable when you deliver?

A:  We will deliver & setup before your event and pickup after your event is over on the same day. Our daily rental is based on a 8 hour day

Q: When do you set up?

A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. We will setup before your party time. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early at 7am.  If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.

 

Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time while in use.

 

Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?

A: We do set up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must provide a generator. 

 

Q: What payments do you take?

A: Payment is due at the time of Delivery. To help us avoid card processing fees and to keep our prices low, CASH is the preferred method. You can also pay with a CREDIT Card (VISA, MC), but the card must be available to be swiped when you get your inflatable. There will be a $5.00 Card Processing Fee.  We no longer accept personal checks as a form of payment. We DO accept business, church and school checks.

 

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes $50.00 Deposit due at time of booking.  We do have a $25-$50 per inflatable cancellation fee (will come out of deposit).  Please check out our Cancellation/Weather Policy for details.  We require a credit/debit card to reserve all Residential/Business inflatables.  This fee is only charged if you cancel without giving us a two week notice.  We do not require a credit card from Churches or Schools.

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?

A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and driveways. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks, loose debris or mulch as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

A: Yes and no.  You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units.  Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time.  If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.  If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars.  We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
